Her journey in higher education has spanned roles at both four-year institutions, such as NC A&T State University and Georgia State, and two-year colleges, including Guilford Technical Community College and Davidson-Davie Community College. She has also worked with the NC Community College System Office under the NC Student Success Center umbrella.
